How can you get to work if you don't know what your customer thinks? In 2005, Alter+Care asked itself this simple question; that year, we tapped Chuck Lauer, the legendary publisher of Modern Healthcare, to create a think tank of hospital CEOs and thinkers to advise us on the landscape of healthcare at a time of unprecedented change. From Medicare to mandates, the Alter+Care Advisory Board made sure we were bringing the best intelligence and ideas to hospitals and physician groups facing the new world of ACOs, patient centered medical homes and bundled payments. The Advisory Board is a resource unlike any other - a brain trust that makes sure that the real estate always follows the whole person orientation of our nation's healthcare mission.
