Primary Responsibilities
As Senior Vice President of Alter+Care, Mr. Posey oversees all national development activities and services for Alter+Care's developments across the United States.
Background
Mr. Posey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the West Virginia University College of Law. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties.

Mr. Posey, who began his real estate and development career in 1978, offers experience in comprehensive and master planning, site design and redevelopment projects. He joined The Alter Group in 1998.
